Raks Thai Foundation invites you to submit a quotation for consultancy services to conduct the Final Evaluation of the MW Rights and BHR Project.
The evaluation will assess the project against six criteria: Relevance, Coherence, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Impact, and Sustainability, using mixed methods, including a survey of 400 migrant workers in Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakan, and Mae Sot.

The assignment must be completed within 35 working days, by 27 December 2026. Please refer to the attached documents for the detailed scope of work and quotation requirements.

Please submit your quotation in a sealed envelope to Raks Thai Foundation, Bangkok, by 2 November 2026.
